Your duties

You will be responsible for the team working with you in the warehouse as their direct supervisor. So your first task will be to introduce your colleagues to the new workplace. You will introduce them to the company's rules, health and safety guidelines and work regulations. The next step will be the so-called workstation instruction, i.e. training to perform work (scanner operation, an operation of the PBV system - pick by voice or other devices depending on the specificity of the workplace).

Once the employees have completed the training and are able to work independently, you can focus on their other duties. Don't forget, however, that you are still responsible for the quality of their work and cleanliness and order in the warehouse.

In addition to working in the warehouse, it will be your daily duties to control the presence of employees and to respond appropriately if someone leaves the working day without excuse.

As supervisor of a group of employees, you will also create and update work schedules and inform employees about any changes and plan replacements for absent employees to ensure smooth teamwork.
Employee interviews, including motivational and disciplinary interviews, will also be an important part of your work.

Work tools

In order to ensure your comfort of work, you will receive from hrXP a business computer with a printer. Thanks to this you will be able to create and send reports of your team's work, as well as it will facilitate your contact with other departments of hrXP. You will also receive a business phone - not only to perform your tasks but also for private use, thanks to which you will be in constant contact with your loved ones in Poland.

As part of the additional bonuses, apart from remuneration, you will receive from us a partial refund of accommodation costs. Employee accommodation is of a good standard and is always equipped with internet access.
In addition, hrXP will provide you with appropriate work clothes, which will enable you to perform your tasks comfortably, safely and comfortably.
